Class Schedule

This is a one hour class event, kicking off with warmup exercises folowed by the 4 basic standing Tai Chi Gung exercises.

Some classes can also include advanced exercises (which are still very gentle) and/or other exercises to enhance the flow of chi throughout the body.

These classes are suitable for anyone 21 or older that can stand for 30-60 minutes.

Chairs can be used for balance and some exercises can be done while seated as students gain stability and muscle strength.
